Order

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once our team has processed your order and your items are shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number to be able totrackthe progress of your order.

Since we want to make sure that you will receive your items as soon as possible, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, there is little chance to edit or cancel it.

We are sorry if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction when our customers receive their favorites. In order to get this sorted for you, pleaseemailus the following info:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Picture of the fault/incorrect item
• Product name (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

When you order multiple items in one order, these may be shipped separately if there is a delay or an item is out of stock on a specific item so these can get delivered faster to you.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All orders come with a tracking number that allow you to track the progress of the order. After placing your order with us please allow 1-2 days for processing from our team, once your order has been shipped out, the tracking number and information will be emailed or texted to you within 24 hours!

There will be no additional fees added after you have paid for your item, and it has been shipped. If there is any issue with this, feel free tocontact us.

If you are not at home when your package is delivered, the courier will leave a card or send an email with more information about where your order is, how to pick it up, or how to make a new delivery. Also check your tracking number for more information about this.

If your order will be returned back to us due to non-collection, We will arrange a free resend of your order.

Returns

We have a 30-day domestic return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International orders are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your return package, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email and process your refund immediately. The refund will automatically be processed according to the payment method that you used to place the order.

You will have 30 days to make an exchange/returnfrom the day you receive your package.

All of our clothing is easy to care for and can be machine washed. We recommend using low heat or hang drying for the best results. This will help preserve the quality of the fabric.
